Dave came around and asked us questions about our (many) handyman jobs we wanted to complete around our new townhouse to make sure he fully understood what we wanted. While a genuine family reason meant he had to leave that day, he was quick to reschedule and completed the work while we were out at work. Everything was as we wanted it to be. The one very small change we asked for he returned the next day to do at no additional charge. We would recommend Dave to other homeowners.
