Hi there, I saw a property on Sunday that I’m keen to bid at auction for. The auction is on this Weds at 4pm. I’m looking for someone to take a look at it and see if there is anything that I should be concerned about. I’m a single mum, first home buyer and don’t want to make a mistake - it took me so long to save for the deposit. I’m keen to get it done today or tomorrow morning at the latest. The real estate agent says he can meet someone there by appointment. It’s a new build - a few months old. Code compliant. It has concrete floors and cosmetically looks tidy.

Charles was incredible. He arrived early, was patient and clear. His inspection was thorough, precise & detailed. He’s fast and easy to communicate with and went up and beyond for me. Charles discovered crucial things that needed repairing pre-purchase which was written into my auction agreement & is worth every cent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
