Larsen Architects provides Architetural Services for RESIDENTIAL and small COMMERCIAL projects. I also offer 'SITE FEASIBILITY' and 'CONCEPT' Packages for developers with larger projects.

I have 15 years experience in delivering a wide range of building projects including: Houses, Multi-unit Developments, Apartments, Mixed-use and retail. New Builds, Renovations, Weathertightness Remediation, Certificate of Acceptance, Change of Use.

PROCESS
To achieve your BUILDING GOALS, the process is divided into STAGES (Project Initiation, Concept Design, Documentation/ Consent, Tender, Construction, Final Sign off, then MOVE IN ) . I can explain these stages at our Inital Consult meeting.
