House roof had been completely damaged from a neighbouring party they had damaged all the tiles. Insurance covered the Dmages. Scope of work to project Strip Exsisting House Roof Tiles. Frame Exsisting frame with new perlins and build framing to suit new TRS5 Profile. Install Insulation and underlay, Design aprons to suit cladding. Gutters needs to be fixed/ replaced. Pic 1. Gutter to be clipped back in place Pic 3/4. Gutter may need replacing plus better supports needed in the middle to overcome the bow in the middle. Once replaced/ fixed should direct the water flow in the right direction.

Hi, I had a roof leak - the flashings were resealed but there still seems to be some water going in - I was told by the roofer that the chimney bricks may need reseal and that it should be applied (with a brush) a silicone seal on the outer bricks and grout. This seal is used on concrete too. I'd also like to see if it would be possible to add a colorsteel cap to further prevent water coming in through the chimney. Thank you.

This is not a big job but a necessary one. I have been told the roof needs to be checked for "fixings only" as there is no rust and yet water has been coming through the lounge roof after heavy rain storms at the end of last summer. Since the onset of winter there has been no evidence of water inside. Thoughts are that the winter rain water can no longer enter - as soon as things dry out again in summer the wood will shrink back allowing water to enter again. It is important to have this situat...
