Brick chimney reseal and add a colorsteel cap
Job description
Hi, I had a roof leak - the flashings were resealed but there still seems to be some water going in - I was told by the roofer that the chimney bricks may need reseal and that it should be applied (with a brush) a silicone seal on the outer bricks and grout. This seal is used on concrete too. I'd also like to see if it would be possible to add a colorsteel cap to further prevent water coming in through the chimney. Thank you.
