Internal to external conversion: Sectional 6.5-meter runs were installed when I wanted continuous - Once I got home and saw what was done, I immediately told Kane and he switched them. He said he forgot the conversation. Bay window leaked twice after gutters were replaced a window that has never leaked in 19 years I’ve lived here. They did come out the next day after the leak. They thought it was a roofing nail but it happened again. The leak has caused damage that needs repairs. Gutters installed too low and with wrong fall (several other qualified tradesman noticed this) leading to pooling. Kane failed to mention when he had started the cutback that we would have insufficient roof overhang. They did come to the party and install an Eves flashing at the front of the house only, but that was only cause it went to Disputes Tribunal as I withheld money. I’m lucky that I had a builder friend pick up on the poor job and other professional contractors with no financial interest in the job just an honest opinion. It caused a lot of stress and anxiety and more expense by me to have the job inspected by a roofing inspector. Would not recommend this company.
