Hi my name is James van velzen I have a small building company called strong foundation build I am a licenced builder. I specialise in house renovations,alterations,maintenance , landscape design this includes excavation work with heavy machinery. Retaining walls ,I also do lawns and Gardens and given great ideas. I've worked with housing New Zealand in the past i do a lot of maintenance work on houses and previously working for other property agencies.
