We have an old (1910) 2 storey villa. We're booked to have a new roof installed in November and were advised to get an independent builder to do any repairs to the wood frame. The plan was to fix new studs along the brick party wall and potentially replace some of the rafters. We have good interior access to the roof cavity. There will also be scaffolding going up for the re-roofing.
