Hi. We've bought new carpet and vinyl for our house but our laundry floor has had some water damage that needs to be assessed and repaired before we can put the new flooring down. There's been a leak from the back door and we think there's been some water damage from the washing machine on the previously unfinished floor. We are looking for a building to let us know what needs to be done and get on with the job. Thanks.
