I'm Conor, owner and Licensed Building Practitioner at Mirkwood Construction, with over 10 years on the tools. When you hire Mirkwood, the person who quotes your job is the person who builds it. No handing you off to a crew you've never met.

I focus on residential work around Wellington: renovations, interior finishing, reclads, window replacements, and landscape timber work like decks and retaining walls. With a background in custom joinery, I care about the finishing details most builders rush. I work to the Building Code, sign off restricted building work as an LBP, and quote clearly, with variations agreed in writing before work goes ahead.
