I've been in construction going on 7 years now, and running my business for 3 years. My background is mostly architectural new builds mixed in with a few alterations and renovations. I currently have one contractor and another part time contractor. I have my LBP which gives me the ability to take on any job I can no matter how big or small it is.

Kindergarten renovation

The purpose of this renovation was to replace existing windows with double glazing and to insulate. Due to a tight timeline ( school holidays ) this job was completed within 9 days. Due to being a dark area x3 skylights were installed. The photos supplied are before and after.

New builds

This was a labour only contract we came into for x2 side by side new build. We completed the job from start to finish within 5 months. One house approximately 70m2 and the second was approximately 80m2
