Renovation and replacement of deck
We Renovated the internal bathroom/ensuite, main bedroom and downstairs. The existing deck was demolished and rebuilt to work better in the space and emphasize the sea views .
Full internal renovation, extension and deck.
This was a full internal renovation, new ensuite and main bathroom. Decorative paneling in hallway. Extension out the back to add new kitchen living area with matai flooring leading to new deck and outdoor area.
Renovation and extension
We extended the back to add ensuite/walk in wardrobe, extended the front to add a sunroom with large roof window and extended the side to add laundry and new entrance. As well as upgrading the bathroom.
