Paul's workmanship was 5/5 but there were some issues with the subtrades that required some rework and a longer timeframe. Ultimately good job though and I commend Paul on his professionalism in dealing with things - was very impressive and I always felt confident that he would sort everything out and he did. Without getting too LV Martin on it, it's the putting right that counts! Was also very flexible on letting me take things out and add things in as we went along
