Bathroom fix-up

Our bathroom in our 1950s house, renovated by the previous owner (maybe 10 years ago), has got some dampness/mould/rot issues on the floor skirting board by the shower, where the lino meets the shower, and skirting boards by the toilet. We want to get an idea of what to do about this damage and what is causing it. E.g. is the shower and toilet sealed properly. As a bonus we are looking at an estimate for removing the lino from the floor and tiling the bathroom floor.

Kitchen Drawer Runners Replacement

Have a kitchen draw that has Harn soft close runners. The runners now no longer keep the draw closed and I have been advised that the ones used are now obsolete and exact replacements can not be sourced. An alternate type has been been advised, but this requires the draw to be resized to accommodate the new pieces. Looking to get a quote to replace all the the runners in that unit (4 draws with 2 runners each) and have draws resized if required.

Bathroom - partial reno.

Our rental property has sprung a leak around the shower cubicle - actually it's been there a long, long time and should've been seen to much, much earlier. The area around the shower, and particularly at floor level, is very, very damp and now water is seeping into the hallway behind the cubicle.
