I have a leaky shower that was likely not installed properly. Water is seeping out through the bottom left corner into the adjacent wall. There is also a lot of patch work silicon around the inside which shouldn’t be there. I’ve been previously told options are Option 1: take enclosure out (both glass sides), clean, reseal and reinstall Option 2: remove whole shower and install a brand new shower altogether. Please advise on best way forward and approx. costs. Assuming option 1 is much cheaper than option 2.
