Josh was very responsive to emails regarding problems the tenants were having with a shower (turns out there was leakage due to original installation not done correctly - Josh's hand-drawn diagram of before and after was very useful in understanding the issue). Shower was repaired, enclosure replaced and upgraded in a very timely fashion. Tenants are happy.
