Josh and the team provided a perfect service. Josh was great to speak to and booked in the job with no fuss. He provided clear and reasonable time frames and kept in contact until the job was completed. The plumbers he sent out were Badyr and George who were both professional, punctual, polite and superb to deal with. Badyr managed to find an alternative solution that prevented a small issue becoming a major and was honest about the potential problems the whole time. 10/10 would highly recommend using this company and I know that I will again.

Excellent workmanship and communication. Josh skillful, knowledgeable, smart and thinks methodically to resolve the issue. He is not at all a time waster. I had a plumbing issue on weekend. The issue was related to washing machine hot water tap leakage. I gave a ring to Josh, who understood the issue quickly. He came to my house within an hour with right sized replacement tap and all tools to fix the issue. He also installed a washing machine for me, which I bought recently. Thank you Josh for everything. Strongly recommended A+++++++.

We've used Primedplumbing for a couple of jobs and found Josh and his team to be very professional, flexible and to be great communicators. Great customer service when things don't quite go right (kept me up to date and I felt like there was a lot of effort going on behind the scenes to fix circumstances beyond their control). Great at understanding your needs to get a solution that meets your needs. Loving the central heating!

Our first call to fix leak in mains pipe was attended to quickly but wasn't fixed properly so few months later same pipe have started leaking again. We have called 4 times to request a visit to our property, they would promise someone will be there the next day but never showed up. Since leak is in our main pipe we will be contacting different plumbers to fix the issue as a matter of emergency. wouldn't mind paying extra to fix the Issue but wouldn't recommend this company due to negligence and ignorance.
