Laser Plumbing were amazing. Their serviceman came out and did a thorough check of our Brivis unit to prepare a quote, he spent quite a bit of time actually which gave a lot of comfort he was doing a thorough job. He also proposed a better fix-up for the flue that had corroded. Another company proposed altering trusses in the ceiling to fit a new unit, we weren't happy with this, but Laser didn't have to do this to install a new unit. We are really pleased with the workmanship, and their quote was well priced. Very happy to recommend their services
