Hi there I would like to say I really enjoyed this experience I had with this guy he communicate with me very well and I’m super impressed and he was very friendly when I first opened my door etc and even tho he didn’t really say much but he was really nice when he said that he was going out to get a part he needed and told me when he would be back and then told me more about the problem that I was having I’m very impressed

WORST PLUMBER IN WELLINGTON The new owner JOSH , has just ruined the business credibility and name, Disgusting service and to top it up has no sense of customer service. Made to time to visit a week in advance, never turned up, called after waiting for 15 minute, he advised that he forgot and he would be there with in the hour, waited again and never turned up, Kept calling him and he did not have the decency to even answer the phone or advise that he cant make it. waited, waited and waited, sms him and no replies. Today i used my other number and he answers, his excuse WAS EXTREMELY BUSY AND DID NOT HAVE TIME --- What a good business person, he is rude, arrogant and not a person you want to use for a tradie, and not want to waste your time, i would rather recommend use other professional company . SHAME ON YOU JOSH FROM PRIMED PLUMBING , WITH THIS BUSINESS ETHICS YOU WONT LAST LONG

Steve was engaged as plumber for a full renovation of our 1904 cottage.We can not fault his work.Shortly after moving back in a disused pipe that was blocked by building rubble clogged the sewage system and caused an overflow in our front yard.It was a Sunday and the day of my son's christening when we were expecting lots of guests.Steve arrived within 15 minutes and had the problem fixed before we returned home.He is polite and reliable and we highly recommend his service.
