Hi and welcome to URBANZ Construction Management. I have recently set up a new business getting involved in the Construction Management side of residential earthquake repairs and renovations. I feel there is a major gap in the market for experienced builders who know the nuts and bolts of managing earthquake repairs, renovations and the on-sold repair programme.
I have been a builder for over 20 years and have my NZ trade certificate in carpentry, a current licensed building practitioner and also a member of the NZ certified builders association. This all adds up to me having the knowledge and management skills to help guide you through the process.
I offer services which include a full assessment of your home if you are going through the on-sold EQC programme, a detailed scope of works to present to EQC for settlement purposes and a full management plan to help you through the whole process as it can be a stress full time. Im here to defuse that stress for you.
I have an eye for detail which is important during the first stages of any project as it is difficult for some to price and scope on a visual inspection only. With all my years of experience I know what to look for and will leave no stone unturned. There is an element of risk when scoping a project on a visual inspection only but you will be in good hands with me as I bring 20+ years of residential construction to the table.
If you require a middle man that can act on your behalf and guide you through your project, deal direct with the builder so you don't have to, check the builders quality of work during construction so you are reassured it is being done correctly and make sure your budget is tracking well then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
