My name is Samuel Rickard and I am the owner of Mākoha Small Homes Ltd. I, personally, have been building for over 25 years.
Mākoha specialise in building bespoke, beautiful small homes, cabins and transportables, and have worked on numerous projects from design through to completion for clients across the country - from Glenorchy to Great Barrier Island. With a sharp eye for detail, every project, big or small, is undertaken with care and precision. Quality products and quality finishings are important to us. While we mainly focus on new builds from design through to completion, we also do renovation and extension work. We have a 2.5T digger and a tipper truck, so alongside building work, we also offer excavation, demolition and removal work.
