I have reopened my EQC claim to have my house reassessed as there are multiple issues - the biggest being uneven flooring. I need a licensed building practitioner who is well versed in using EQC’s forms for submissions to provide a comprehensive report on the damage to my house. EQC still need an assessment to determine the potential earthquake damage to my property, to support a quote I provided for floor repairs. I need to show specific evidence on this damage relating to the earthquakes. There’s several other issues ( damaged driveway, plumbing etc) which I believe are earthquake related as well.
