Tony and Shona's villa restoration
This has been a fantastic project Tony and Shona's villa is 110 year old and will hopefully see another 110 more years now.the building has had new timber windows throughout,full reclad with new timber weatherboards,new interior linings kwila deck with new porch with loover windows and alot of personal design by them put into it.we continue to provide out services maintaining and improving this property.
Tuihiwi outdoor entertainment area
Sophie and George ask us too create a new space at there lovely property in tuihiwi.This project involved removal of conservantry, old deck re build new kwila deck,verandah,exposed concrete patio for spa area,spa area roof and other fencing throughout the property.
Deck extension job
Site dig out and spoil removed by us.Deck built using kwila 140 wide boards and stainless fastenings.
