Extension of existing open pole shed by one bay.
It would be an open fronted bay next to the other open bay shown in photo where the boat is located at present.
The existing bay side wall framing and cladding to the existing open bay will be relocated out to the outside of the new extension so there are no internal walls between this extension and the existing open bay. (existing poles obviously have to stay)
So it will need new poles, relocated side wall framing and corrugated cladding, new roof (with one clear roof sheet) and new framing and cladding to the new back wall.
Guttering on back wall will also have to be extended.
Roof and corrugated walls to be water tight.
Need clear opening of 3.8m between poles and same 7.5m length and 3.6m height as existing.
Also need option to concrete floor complete with reinforcing and vapour barrier.
Existing ground has 250mm hardfill and gravel on top.
