It doesn't appear to be coming from nails in the corrugated iron roof. There is a downpipe outside that corner. Is only happens with the combination of strong wind and strong rain. Then I see rivulets running down the inside of the corner window. The yellow papers indicate where these come from. Sealant inside hasnt worked.

Waterproofing Rusted Galvanised Iron Tray Gutters

Waterproofing a concrete floor and floor and installing a window

I want to create a liveable bedroom from a room beside my laundry which is not connected internally to the main house. It has a concrete floor which isn’t lined/waterproofed. I would like to add some sort of lining and flooring to make the room warmer (it is very cold currently) and install a window on the north side (weatherboard) as it has no windows.

Dampness in the bedroom at groud flloor

The room was occupied by tenant and did a final check today notice there is a dampness in the closet and wall close to the exterior wall. The room is located at ground level, and I suspect the there is water leaking from external. I have took out some of the soft plaster, exanimating the interior. I notice that the stub is quite wet/damp. I have attached photos as reference.

Water proofing, french drain installation

Hi, I have a basement area where water is coming through the retaining walls. The house was built with an open, concrete drainage canal and then the floor was put over it. Of course it was causing mould. I am looking for a more modern solution, potentially a French drain laid, or some other water proofing solution. Thanks much, Peter

Leaking garage

Above side door there is a leak into the garage, I think the flashing is missing between the guttering and the roof. It actually leaks both sides down inside and out side down the garage wall. So it could also be a roof problem.

Water getting in through front door frame.

When there is a heavy northerly we get water leaking through our front door frame. We have an early 1900’s home. The flashing looks ok but the weatherboards could potentially be the issue but is hard to tell. I have tried my best at using sealant on any cracks or joins. But still seems to leak. Flooding during heavy rain

After the heavy rain last night I have flooding under the house in the workshop and garage and I am unable to ascertain where the water is getting into the building. Replace/repair leaking Traffigard balcony
