Existing balcony (approx 18 sq m but irregularly shaped) is leaking. Looking for a more durable membrane solution. Bottom boards of cedar weather board walls and two aluminium doors to be removed temporarily so membrane is turned up correctly. Plywood substrate may also need replacement.
