Resealing a first floor veranda on 90s townhouse

I need a first floor veranda on 90s townhouse resealed. The area is about 8-9m squared. I anticipate the contractor working in with a builder who'll be replacing some rotten timber and weatherboards early in the New Year. I can supply components of building report related to the job. It can also be viewed. HOWEVER I need a quote by this Friday to proceed with the purchase. Many thanks
