Nas, the owner, was highly responsive and communicated excellently throughout the process. He was genuinely earnest and customer-focused, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. When we requested a change partway through — adding flakes to the finish — he was happy and able to accommodate. The deck turned out looking great. Recommended

Very happy with the work completed by Phil. Fair and honest pricing, great communication, and very professional throughout the whole process. The original full roof repair quote was $1555 including timber repairs and waterproofing, and after the timber section ($355) was removed from the scope, the remaining roof repair work was completed for $1200. The workmanship was excellent, completed quickly, and the roof repair has worked very well. Highly recommend Phil，Very honest and professional.

Koro was really refreshing. I had a prior timer come in a pretty much tell him I had to rip my tiles costing me thousands. Koro listened to me and told me the immediate fix (short term) at the very least is to rip the silicon and redo it. I have plans to renovate so this is really cost effective and saves me thousands. Thank you for being so on to it and not taking advantage of people with work that may not need to be done. That’s so rare these days.
