Remove a small section of Chimney.

I need to remove the top 1.2 metres of an old chimney to just bellow the roofline. It is made of 500mm W x 400mm W x 200mm D blocks and is located on the end wall of a house. The roof has been extended so it protrudes about a metre above the roof but easily accessible. The hole in the roof that it protrudes through will need to be covered to make it weatherproof.

our tiled shower is causing a leak through wall at floor level. It does not appear to be the plumbing or the drain. Our plumber thinks that it need a whole regrout and reseal. It is about 10 years since it was installed.

Bulging shower wall

One wall of the shower box is starting to bulge ominously down the bottom and is clearly no longer sealed. We want to reseal or replace the wall, and also to check that nothing is rotting behind it. The shower backs onto the kitchen. The shower is used every day so if would be ideal if it was something that could be fixed within a day - ideally this month.

Hi, we have two showers that need work on. One I suspect is leaking from a seal, water is not leaking from the ground level, i've also removed part of the gib in the laundry side to see the back wall of the the shower cubical and no pipes are leaking, it looks like where the metal railing that screws onto the wall that holds the glass in replace has water leaking out of there into the gib on the wall. The second shower has a cracked pan, water has gone through, I'm not sure on the extent of the...

Our shower has slowly been leaking out the back which has caused a small section of the wall to get soft and break, we are wanting someone to come have a look to see what is happening and then possibly fix the problem if possible.
