We have a 1912 Villa that was extended in the mid 90s. The bulk of the extension was done as a conventional lean-to. The kitchen was extended using aluminum conservatory style joinery for the roof and windows. This kitchen extension we have a problem with leaks within the left hand interior wall. There is a leak between the shower enclosure and vanity (hard to access). Builder suggest the shower needed to be taken out, fix it and put it back in.
