Flat roof membrane repair with possible timber replacement (urgent)

From the photos, approximately 1.5 metres of the timber substrate appears to be damaged and may require partial replacement. This may involve removing a small section of adjacent asphalt shingles, cutting out the damaged timber, and reinstating the shingles afterward.

The existing waterproof membrane has failed and was bubbling with trapped moisture. I have cut open and removed the affected sections, and the substrate underneath was very wet.

The repair area is approximately 3.6 metres long and about 1 metre wide. I have also attached a sample of the original material, which appears to be a bitumen membrane.
The job will likely involve:
1）Replacing any damaged timber substrate (if required)
2）Reinstalling or making good the adjacent shingles
3）Installing new waterproof membrane to match or replace the existing system
Applying a top coat (grey finish – I may have matching paint available)

I am looking for someone who can handle both waterproofing and minor repair work.
Please provide a quote including your proposed method and scope of work.
This job is urgent, as the waterproof layer has been removed and there is a risk of water ingress if it rains.
