Excellent work. Great communication. William did a great job of recommending solutions to the bathroom's problems, choosing fixtures, doing the work and communication with me. The work took a little longer than we'd agreed (four weeks rather than three) but he kept in touch during that time and always responded quickly to phone calls or emails. Highly recommended.

Very nice man. Took about 8 or more months to finish the job. He would often not turn up when he said he would. Seemed too busy. Some jobs had to be redone. Some work done by a guy working for him was very poor. Including not sealing a crack which I specifically asked for. Water got in. In the end I has to do it myself. He put on an internal architrave then used silicon not plaster to finish the job. Now it is impossible to make it smooth. One wall is still letting in water. Overall. Reaso...
