Fix spouting

I would like a quote on how much to fix the spouting as it is too far out and possibly the cause of a leak over the laundry. The roof also needs repainting (listed one a seperate job) so if you could do both that would be great.

I have a flat on the end of a double garage that has developed a leak along one wall, inside cupboard/wardrobe. Single story - flat roof - easy access. Need an expert to find out where the leak is and repair. Unsure as to the extent of work required so cannot really guess the expected cost - whatever’s needed to complete the job properly.

Long run roof repair 1 sheet.

We need one sheet of long run roofing replaced, plus 2 damaged ceiling panels replaced (angled ceiling and exposed beams) both replaced from the outside. (not too slopping roof either) I've been up there to seal the leak in the wet.

Painted roof

I need my roof prepped and painted. It's an iron roof of approximately 150M2. It may need minor repairs, ie the nails re sealed. Guttering will need to be cleaned as well. I am on a restricted budget. Area is Whanganui. Photos are limited as I don't have access to the property until 10th December.
