Roof

I need to replace a single garage roof which is on its own. It is 5.4 m x 3.6 m. It has got corrugated iron cable roof. the old one needs to be taken off, all timber replace and the new one put on. I will provide my own corrugated roof only. Rest of the materials you will have to provide. The front and back facia boards which are 3.6 m approximately needs to be replaced . It needs new spouting on both sides also. Also let me know if you can paint the roof for me.

I would like: There is a Starlings nest in the roof space, they has now flown. Stop any future use of my roof for birds nests. On the fascia, some of the 'xxx' needs nailing in. The verandah, on the underside, there is about 3 meters where the 'inside roof' does not meet the house, some 'mastic' perjhaps? General roof inspection. Whilst on the roof, if you could install some 'anti bird spikes' on the TV aerial . Thank you

Gutter Replacement

House is 40 years old. Current guttering and spouting leaky and ugly and not well thought out. Would like to replace the old stuff with modern versions - long line if possible. Time frame would be sometime over next 6 months although one small section is leaking very badly onto front porch. Either this part to be replaced as soon as possible or a temporary fix put in place until the job can be done.
