We are needing general repairs completed including areas that we have discovered with minor leaking. Also, wanting a coating applied to the roof including colour. We have concrete tiles and some may need replacing. Otherwise, we are interested in possibly removing the tiles (ourselves) and are looking for someone to quote us for the installation of color steel iron sheets.

Leaky ceiling

We had a crack in dining area ceiling, that is now opening up and occasionally leaks when it's rainy. We plan to have DVS installed and need the ceiling to be intact. Ceiling insulation was installed about 2 years ago. We need a builder to check what is going on up there and fix the crack.
