Old chimney needs to be pulled down water proofed and re bricked and or concreated. I think its brick on the inside and plaster on tje outside...plaster is coming away and is leaking down the outside of the chimney in side the kitchen

Small 1920's cottage recently relocated from Hawera to Kai Iwi. Central House Movers said - "roof needs urgent attention". High front gable which they had to remove to shift. House 100m sq. Rust obvious, especially around the edges. Pre-move inspection said roof was 'reasonable' but shift revealed bigger issues - water leaking down inside of outside walls in at least 2 places. New Coloursteel Roof 2

My Roof is 150m2 some parts of the roof are on a steep angle so will need fall protection or scaffolding along one side of the building. I am wanting coloursteel ironsand for the roof. I already have the vaporsheild for under the iron. There is duckback at the rear of the house

Small lean-to roof

I have a lean to roof that needs replacing, its 5m long L shaped 2m and 4m wide approximately . I would like rafters and battens replaced.
