Small 1920's cottage recently relocated from Hawera to Kai Iwi. Central House Movers said - "roof needs urgent attention". High front gable which they had to remove to shift. House 100m sq. Rust obvious, especially around the edges. Pre-move inspection said roof was 'reasonable' but shift revealed bigger issues - water leaking down inside of outside walls in at least 2 places. I'm keen to get it weather-tight as soon as possible, but would appreciate a quote up front. Would need an expert's opinion. May need some structural repair/strengthening.
