I have a flat on the end of a double garage that has developed a leak along one wall, inside cupboard/wardrobe. Single story - flat roof - easy access. Need an expert to find out where the leak is and repair. Unsure as to the extent of work required so cannot really guess the expected cost - whatever’s needed to complete the job properly.
