I need my roof prepped and painted. It's an iron roof of approximately 150M2. It may need minor repairs, ie the nails re sealed. Guttering will need to be cleaned as well. I am on a restricted budget. Area is Whanganui. Photos are limited as I don't have access to the property until 10th December.
