Waiheke Roof Paint 2

Our house on Waiheke Island needs its roof repainted. The size of the roof to be painted is approximately 2 x 30m2 (a total of approximately 60m2). We would supply the primer and paint. We just need someone to apply both the primer and the paint to the roof. A picture of the house is attached.

We need to replace the roof on a retreat house on Waiheke island. The roof needs to be marine-grade corrugated iron (e.g. within 500m of the sea and exposed to north.) So we're looking at either ColorCote (ZMX or ZRX) or ColorSteel - MAXX). Size is 206 sq metres. At this point we're looking for a ballpark figure as we need to provide some long term figures to our parent organisation which is creating a long term maintenance list/budget. Roofing Quote Please

Roof is approx 100 m square. The corrugated roof has rusted through in some patches and in all likelihood will need to be completely replaced. I would like to receive an approximate quote as to how much it would cost for the roof replacement (labour and material) and a separate quote for the removal of material. Repair leak in tiled roof

I have a leak the my roof. It appears that an area of sealant has failed. The sealant needs to be repaired, and some damaged internal ceiling boards need to be replaced. I am advised that whoever repairs it should have experience in old decramastic tiles, as these can become very fragile and are easily damaged if not walked on properly.

My 1970s house needs a new shingle roof - either timber or asphalt shingle - to replace the existing. I need a roofer who is experienced in shingle roofs and works on Waiheke. House is single storey. Access is not too difficult. The roof pitches two ways with a central ridge-line and there are 2 dormer windows. Area of the roof is approximately 90m2.
