My 1970s house needs a new shingle roof - either timber or asphalt shingle - to replace the existing. I need a roofer who is experienced in shingle roofs and works on Waiheke. House is single storey. Access is not too difficult. The roof pitches two ways with a central ridge-line and there are 2 dormer windows. Area of the roof is approximately 90m2.
