Small roof repair and aerial removal

The corrugated plastic patio covering in the attached photos was damaged in high winds a few weeks ago and needs replacing. The damaged panel measures approximately one metre by three meters. There are also two TV aerials on the roof close to the damaged panel that I would like removed.

Replace a small area of around 4m x 2m iron and full roof check and repair

A small building has to have a full check of roof for leaks, and repairs eg flashings, gutter repair etc and ensure fully water tight and maintained as well as replace some iron on one spot that is about 4m x 2m (80% of the roof was replaced in 2014). If you are a qualified builder as well I want the building fully checked over there are multiple small things that need to be tidied up a bit. If you fancy a job on Waiheke for 2-3 days we can work out accommodation in our Onetangi airbnb....

Our 2 bedroom place at Onetangi needs a new roof as it is leaking where the pitched roof meets the flat. We understand the flat section of the roof will need some building work to give it adequate fall and the job will require scaffolding as there is a drop on at least one side of the house. We’d like a quote which covers the roof, building and scaffold work. We’d also like to proceed this year if possible.
