Replace a small area of around 4m x 2m iron and full roof check and repair

A small building has to have a full check of roof for leaks, and repairs eg flashings, gutter repair etc and ensure fully water tight and maintained as well as replace some iron on one spot that is about 4m x 2m (80% of the roof was replaced in 2014). If you are a qualified builder as well I want the building fully checked over there are multiple small things that need to be tidied up a bit. If you fancy a job on Waiheke for 2-3 days we can work out accommodation in our Onetangi airbnb. This is a job of tidying up and ensuring that everything is in good order etc for small commercial building. Will discuss further prior to commencement. Job needs to be done in the next month. Bevin was an absolute legend - he had a tight time frame, had to go out of his area to complete the work and also was dealing with a difficult commercial tenant. He kept me fully informed along the way, asked me what I wanted to do ie gave me choices, advice and costs when he looked more closely what was at hand. Stuck to a budget and time frame.
