Metal Tile Leaks & Repair

Roof of house needs replacing (garage and shed not in scope). Has been patched up a few times and is leaking over bathroom. Total floor area of house is around 100-110 sqm (guestimate). Is currently a tin roof that has been painted white. Needs to be white (as per current) so likely would need to be a white coloursteel replacement or equivalent product.

Roof leak repair required

Concrete Tile Repair & Pointing

We have an apparent leak in the ceiling at 7 Crescent Road East, Ostend, Waieheke. The leak is apparent in the gib ceiling of the living room (there is a crack and some discolouration) We're looking to get someone to investigate the cause and quote for the repair. The roof is corrugated metal, unsure of age. Note the property gets rented out as a short term rental so would need to arrange a time beforehand so we can ensure no guests will be there at the time.

Roof assessment

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced roofer who can tell me if the existing tin roof on my small (50m2) free-standing unit on Waiheke Island needs new paint or whether it's more cost efficient to replace with new roof.
