Roof of house needs replacing (garage and shed not in scope). Has been patched up a few times and is leaking over bathroom. Total floor area of house is around 100-110 sqm (guestimate). Is currently a tin roof that has been painted white. Needs to be white (as per current) so likely would need to be a white coloursteel replacement or equivalent product.
