Roof is a single gable about 13 metres long by 7 metres wide. Corrugated iron. As it is next to the beach needs to be high grade colour steel "Karaka" colour. Part has been replaced with the installation of a woodburner and there have been two extensions, one with a slight change in pitch with customised flashing. Moisture barrier/membrane will also need to be replaced, the guttering (Marley PVC Stormcloud) replaced on about 2/3rds, and barge boards repainted before guttering goes on. It is also a two storied building, but with a large deck allowing single storey access
