Hi, I'm looking for an experienced roofer who can tell me if the existing tin roof on my small (50m2) free-standing unit on Waiheke Island needs new paint or whether it's more cost efficient to replace with new roof. Wanting the new paint, or new roof to have a surface that allows for safe rainwater collection for drinking. Thanks for your help! Sarah
