Waiheke roofing job

Our 2 bedroom place at Onetangi needs a new roof as it is leaking where the pitched roof meets the flat. We understand the flat section of the roof will need some building work to give it adequate fall and the job will require scaffolding as there is a drop on at least one side of the house. We’d like a quote which covers the roof, building and scaffold work. We’d also like to proceed this year if possible.
