Repair leak in tiled roof

I have a leak the my roof. It appears that an area of sealant has failed. The sealant needs to be repaired, and some damaged internal ceiling boards need to be replaced. I am advised that whoever repairs it should have experience in old decramastic tiles, as these can become very fragile and are easily damaged if not walked on properly.
