Re-roof

We need to replace the roof on a retreat house on Waiheke island. The roof needs to be marine-grade corrugated iron (e.g. within 500m of the sea and exposed to north.) So we're looking at either ColorCote (ZMX or ZRX) or ColorSteel - MAXX). Size is 206 sq metres. At this point we're looking for a ballpark figure as we need to provide some long term figures to our parent organisation which is creating a long term maintenance list/budget. Derek was great to deal with. The only challenge we had was that we had to factor in GST after we got his quote - in other words we assumed GSTt was included but it wasn't. Once we had GST sorted, the rest of the job (which was on Waiheke and quite complex to set up for) went beautifully. We would gladly use Derek again and have recommended him to several friends and colleagues.
